Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us at support@brz24.com so we can review the tracking information and assist where possible.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.
